Frequently Asked Questions
-
How do I know which visa is right for me?
The answer to this question is sometimes difficult to determine because the United States offers a number of visas that are granted based on the length of and reason for your stay. To help determine which visa is best for your unique situation, speak with an experienced immigration attorney.
-
How can I avoid deportation?
If you have received a Notice to Appear (NTA), it is important that you act quickly and seek the help of a seasoned immigration attorney. NTAs are the first step in the removal proceedings initiated by the U.S. government. Aneliya Angelova can review your NTA and can begin preparing your case from the very beginning, and that starts with representation at your master calendar hearing.
-
How long will my green card be valid?
Typically, green cards are granted on a temporary basis, often two years. At the end of this period, you may apply for a permanent residence visa which will remain valid for ten years.
